Produced May 2025 in the Kagoshima Prefecture. It’s a 2nd leaf and soft stem mix from first flush material. The picked leaf undergoes a withering process and then a light steaming to accentuate and preserve the floral quality. It blurs the line between traditional Japanese and Chinese green tea characteristics, creating a unique tea with wide appeal.
