【Storage Methods】
- Store in a
cool, dry and well-ventilated place (temperature 10–15℃, humidity below 60%) in airtight containers such as glass jars or vacuum-sealed bags. Add a small amount of Chinese prickly ash to prevent insect infestation, and 1–2 packs of desiccants to absorb moisture. - Avoid direct sunlight and high humidity to prevent mildew, insect infestation and oil oxidation. Regularly check for mold spots, wormholes, rancidity or unusual odor—discard immediately if any spoilage is found.
