Description
Chasteberry has been used for centuries and is thought to treat various hormone-related gynecologic conditions, including some discomforts of PMS, perimenopause, and menopause.
Chasteberry contains phytoestrogens.
Warning: Chaste Tree is not recommended for use with hormonal contraceptives. It may not be safe for women with hormone-sensitive conditions, such as breast, uterine, or ovarian cancer. Taking chasteberry during pregnancy or while breastfeeding may not be safe.
Brewing Instructions:
Bring filtered or spring water to 212°F. Add 1 tsp of tea leaves to an 8oz cup. Pour boiling water over the tea leaves and let steep 4 minutes.
