Description
If you enjoy teas that are gentle but full of character, Silver Yeti might be just right for you. It has a smooth, almost buttery texture, with light floral aromas and a finish that hints at sweet hay and a touch of vanilla. It doesn’t overwhelm, but there’s a quiet depth here that rewards your attention. If you’ve enjoyed silver needles or other white teas with a clean, layered profile, this will likely feel like a welcome addition to your shelf.
Extra Info:
This tea is made entirely from unopened buds, grown high in the eastern Himalayas of Nepal, near the border with Darjeeling. The Kanchanjangha Tea Estate, where it’s grown, sits between 1300 and 1800 meters above sea level. That altitude, along with clean air and sharp mountain weather, helps create the clarity and fragrance in the cup.
The estate was founded in 1984 by Deepak Baskota as Nepal’s first certified organic tea garden. More than just a farm, it was built to help support the surrounding community, and it still operates with a strong social mission today. Silver tips like this were once reserved for royalty in China, but now they’re here for anyone who enjoys a quiet, bright, and expressive tea.
