In this 2025 offering, bold, well-made leaves yield an invigorating, malty cup with a sweet aroma that hints at vanilla, cocoa, and cherrywood. The sweetness blooms in the dark copper liquor, adding a rich mouthfeel that complements notes of cocoa and subtle hints of apple. The brisk finish lingers on a distinct note of dry red wine.
