- Premium grade, original, pure, natural and sundried Kashmiri chillis are procured directly from the farms of Byadgi in Karnataka.
- Characterized by their chocolate brown, wrinkled complexion and wide-bodied appearance, these chillies are a staple in everyday Indian cooking adding a vibrant and bright red colour with less heat.
- With a heat value (measured in Scoville Heat Units) of ~5,000-9,000 SHU, the chillis possess a mild heat note but add colour to your food.
- Once sourced, the chillis are transported to the factory where they are cleaned and processed before being freshly machine ground into a texturized powder using our sophisticated hammer crushers and micro pulverisers.
- The final step is mixing in an automatic GMP blender to achieve the desired texture and consistency.
