Description

This offering is a fully handmade tea, and the star of Doke Estate. Discover the pronounced personality through its strong amber notes and distinct sugar aroma. Brew lightly to find hints of rose and buttery textures, or more intensely for a deep, astringent malt with molasses notes. Doke Estate is a small family farm on the banks of Doke River, from whom we buy directly.

Brewing Instructions:

Bring filtered or spring water to 212°F. Add 1 tsp of tea leaves to an 8oz cup. Pour boiling water over the tea leaves and let steep 3 minutes.
