2009 Liming “Aged Aroma” Ripe Pu-erh Tea Cake

This is a potent ripe tippy grade ripe pu-erh tea from Liming Tea Factory in Menghai. Lightly fermented to preserve it’s aroma and strength this brews up a bitter and thick ripe tea that is certain to impress those who like their ripe tea thick and viscous. Aged for 10 years in a Kunming dry storage condition has given this tea a nice lightly aged feeling, while still being thick, dark and complex!  Dried fruit and spices abound!

Yue Chen Yue Xiang (越陈越香) means “The Older, the More Aromatic”.

Liming Tea Factory is located in Menghai and specializes in both ripe and raw pu-erhs composed of local Menghai area tea leaves.
