Handling and Cooking
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place.
Microwave
FROM AMBIENT: Cut the plastic membrane between the two basins to separate. Pierce the film top of each basin. Microwave each basin for approx. 3 1/2 minutes (1000W), or the twin pack for approx. 5 1/2 minutes (1000W). This is a guideline only. We suggest you consult your instruction manual. Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving and check that it is piping hot.
Steam
FROM AMBIENT: Pierce film. Place in water which comes 2/3 of the way up the container. Simmer (do not boil) the log in its unopened container for 2 hours. Do not allow the pan to boil dry.
