Description
Our 2025 Echols is a sun dried black tea blend made from Yunnan large leaf varietal that is typically destined to become raw Puer.
Herbaceous aromas, maybe you’ll detect a note of catnip or something else in the mint family. Stout body and ever so slightly savory, not a typical sweet black tea affair. Recommend brewing this gongfu to extract maximum nuance, thought it’s been a great big teapot companion for morning dimsum too.
Pressed in 2025. Each cake is 200g. The cakes are in bamboo tongs, with five cakes per tong.
