Fiano with a bright straw yellow colour. The nose reveals beautiful notes of tropical fruit embellished with lemon and cedar references. Taste is balanced, tasty, characterized by good freshness, good acidity and harmonious finish.

Vinification Details: Grapes are destemmed before being placed in a pneumatic press and pressed gently. The juice is then fermented in stainless steel tanks for around 10 -15 days, at a controlled temperature of 18-20°C.
History: Born in 2008 in the heart of the Belìce Valley, in Gibellina, Sicily, where Mediterranean scents and colors intertwine with myth and art.
