Our Traditional Tie Guan Yin is processed with an emphasis on traditional style processing. There is a heavier oxidation than is typically in the broader market, with bruised red edged leaves and a smoother soup.
The type three has a pronounced floral fragrance. The top notes are sappy and bright, with a sticky perfume that lingers in the throat. Sweet and pleasantly soothing tea.
