Pouchong or “light oolong” is lightly oxidized and has a twisted shape leaf with floral notes. The oxidation is somewhere between green tea and what is usually considered a regular Oolong tea. It is often classified with the oolongs however due to its lack of the sharper green tea flavours. It is produced mainly in Fujian, China
