2018 Jiu Wan “Bai Jia Cha” Raw Pu-erh Tea Cake

Description

This is a blend of many different spring 2018 raw pu-erh teas from Lincang, Simao, and Menghai!   The name “Bai Jia Cha” (百家茶) literally means “Tea from a Hundred Households”.  While perhaps it’s not from a hundred different tea gardens, it’s a varied blend from several distinct areas that is very interesting and complex to drink.  This is a budget blended raw pu-erh that performs very well and will age wonderfully.  It’s affordable enough to stock up and good enough to age into something very nice!
