The 2019 Bingdao Ancient Tree Pu’er Tea is crafted from ancient large-leaf tea trees (Da Ye Zhong) in Bingdao Village, Lincang, Yunnan. As a premium raw (sheng) Pu’er, it features robust leaves with natural vitality, offering a complex profile that evolves with aging.

【Production Process】
The traditional sheng Pu’er process includes 8 steps: Fresh leaf picking → Kill-green (sha qing) → Rolling → Sun-drying → Steaming → Pressing into cakes → Natural aging since 2019 → Final sorting.

The dry cake showcases intact, thick leaves with a dark green hue and abundant white hairs. The aroma is fresh and floral, with subtle notes of honey and wild herbs.

【Brewing method】
Use 7–9g of tea for 150ml boiling water (100℃). Rinse once quickly to remove dust before the first steep.
