Description
This tea brick is made by a small Shaanxi tea factory that specializes in just making Fu Brick with golden flowers (eurotium cristatum). This tea is unique in that the raw material used is pure large leaf assamica (same as is used to press pu-erh tea), and harvested in Lincang (Yunnan) in 2019!
In 2019 tea was processed using Jingyang Fu’s special technique and then aged (in brick form) before being packaged for resale in 2024.
The taste of this tea is fruity, sweet, and grain-like. It’s something like black tea, aged sheng, and aged white tea all-in-one!
