• Directions: Take 250g of vegetables; ( suitable vegetables – ash gourd, cucumber, snake gourd, chow chow, bottle gourd, palak, dantu) & cook; Retain water till the level of cooked vegetables; Take 4tsp of adukale majjige huli mix & make a paste of it, add to the cooked vegetables & boil for 2- 3minutes till it thickens; Put off the flame & add 250ml of curds; Garnish with ghee, jeera, mustard & pinch of hing;
