The powerful high-torque DC motor turns slowly and effortlessly resulting in a quiet operation that remains cool even during extended grind times. Burrs can be user calibrated and easily removed for exceptional cleaning capabilities. With unique speed control, the Encore’s burrs operate at a steady 450 RPM, which ensures the beans feed smoothly into the burrs and reduces noise, heat and static generation in the grinder.
