Description

- Barnyard Millet Parboiled/Kuthiraivaali Puzhungal.
- Grown by organic farmer groups in Pudukottai, parboiled & milled in their facility.
- Unpolished, with deep, rust, red colour, a tasty millet. Pre-soak for an hour, cook with 1: 3.5 water in an open vessel.
- Good as rice replacement, for pulav, Kichadi, Kanj.
- For idlis /dosas grind in mixie with (2:1:1 millet rice: idli rice: urad).
