Description
Black Cohosh, or Cimicifuga racemosa), is a member of the buttercup family which grows in North America. Black Cohosh is most commonly promoted as a dietary supplement for hot flashes and other peri- and menopausal symptoms.
Brewing Instructions:
Bring filtered or spring water to 212°F. Add 1 tsp of tea leaves to an 8oz cup. Pour boiling water over the tea leaves and let steep 4 minutes.
