Description
Delicate dried petals from the Centaurea cyanus plant, prized for their striking cobalt color and subtly sweet, slightly floral flavor. A beautiful addition to tea blends or sometimes enjoyed on its own as a light, calming cup.
Brewing Instructions:
Bring filtered or spring water to 212°F. Add 1 tbp of tea leaves to an 8oz cup. Pour boiling water over the tea leaves and let steep 4 minutes.
