Description
Founded in 1972 by Jack and Dolores Cakbread, Cakebread Cellars has since grown into one of Napa Valley’s most recognizable and respected labels. Sourcing from select parcels all across Napa, then fermented and aged partly in stainless steel and oak to balance roundness with just enough refreshing acidity. Signature aromas of green apple, lemon, and pears all accented by white flowers, vanilla, and baking spices. Can truly pair well with anything, but particulary well with roast chicken dishes, crab cakes, or creamy pasta sauces.
