- Enjoy this chutney not just with the usual favourites, but go ahead and experiment – give it a dip with some hot parathas, make a killer Podi idli (just sprinkle as a powder over some chopped up leftover Idlies and enjoy), give it a mix as a powder or a chutney with some steaming hot rice for a delicious mixed rice.
