• The nutmeg is transported to the factory where processing commences.
• The spice is hand cleaned, tapped to ascertain wholesomeness and removed from shell and passed through stringent other quality checks to ensure bulk density and purity parameters are met.
• After being hand sorted and cleaned, the spice is freshly machine ground into powder using our sophisticated hammer crushers and micro pulverisers.
• The final step is mixing in an automatic GMP blender to achieve the desired texture and consistency.
