Da Hong Pao is one of the most famous oolongs of China. It comes from the Wuyi region located in northern Fujian also known as Bohea, the birthplace of “modern” Chinese tea. Grown in the rocky soil of the Wuyi mountains, Da Hong Pao is most prized for its sweet caramel taste and also its legendary history.
