• This sugar is produced without sulphination process.
• The regular white sugar is produced by following double sulphitation method which uses highly toxic SO2 gas and thus the sulphur content in the final product varies in between 20-70 ppm or sometimes more.
• In sulphurless sugar, the sulphur content is less than 5 ppm.
