The leaves, carefully preserved in their whole form, unfold gracefully during infusion and capture the essence of the ethereal mist of the River Rungeet in March; this delicate Darjeeling is almost like a white tea as it originates from the youngest, most tender shoots of Glenburn’s esteemed clonal bushes.

While it closely resembles a white tea, its unique character almost eludes categorization. In your cup, expect a bright yellow hue, a gentle, nuanced flavor with floral and citrus notes delicately dancing on the palate.

Brewing Instructions:

Bring filtered or spring water to 190°F. Add 1.5 tsp of tea leaves to an 8oz cup. Pour boiling water over the tea leaves and let steep 4 minutes.
