Produced April 20, 2025 by our friend Mr. Lin Rui Fu in Luo Yan Village, Anxi County, Fujian Province. It’s a one bud, three leaf pick of the Huang Jin Gui cultivar (known to the locals as “Huang Dan” or “Yellow Dawn”) growing at approximately 2,200 feet.

3 grams | 10-12 oz water | 195°F | Steep 3 min.
