Originating from the Veneto region of northern Italy, potato gnocchi is a rustic, hearty ingredient that can trace its roots back to Roman times. For an authentic Italian taste, serve with butter, sage and Parmesan or a classic tomato sauce with mozzarella.
Ingredients and Allergens
Rehydrated Potatoes (70% (Water, Potato Flakes), Wheat Flour, Potato Starch, Rice Flour, Salt, Acidity Regulator: Lactic Acid, Preservative: Potassium Sorbate, Natural Flavourings May also contain Milk, Eggs. For allergens, including Cereals containing Gluten, see ingredients in bold.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within three days. HobFROM AMBIENT: Bring a large pan of salted water to the boil, add Gnocchi (straight from the Case). Drain as soon as they come to the surface and serve hot with your favourite sauce.
