This tea really gives the impression of being out in a high mountain meadow when a heavy fog is settling down and there is a grassy, woodsy fragrance of a fresh morning outdoors. Gaoshan Yunwu Tea is produced in Wuyi County, Zhejiang Province. The mountain clouds [tea] are collected from young buds and leaves in early spring. The raw materials are one bud, one leaf and two leaves. The shape is even, slemder and green, with a slight dew front. Once brewed, the color of the soup is bright and green, the fragrance is lasting, and the taste is mellow and long, leaving a lingering fragrance after tasting. The shape of the tea is flat, sharp like a sword, and the color is green and white. The soup color is bright apricot, the leaf background color is green and the fleshy leaf shape is initially single, the size is uniform, and the plant is rich and long-lasting. Around the vernal equinox, it can be harvested in spring, summer, and autumn throughout the year. The quality of Mingqian tea is the best.
The tea grade is “ Supreme” the flavor is described as mellow, roasted chestnuts with an underlying note of bitterness. Store the tea in an airtight packing in a cool, dry place. The shelf life is 18 months.
