• Fresh ginger is soaked in water to remove all the mud. 
• It is then sun-dried for a few days.
• Once the ginger is completely dry, we finally powder it. 
• Made through the traditional method.
• Dry ginger powder helps relieve sore throat and aids in digestion.
• Sprinkle a tsp of the powder on to your meal.
• It can also be mixed into fruit yogurt or cereals. 
• You can simply mix 1 tsp in boiling water and then stir and drink.
