Description

黄金桂原產於安溪虎丘羅岩村，屬於烏龍茶。黄金桂葉為橢圓形，先端梭小，葉片薄，發芽率高，芽頭密，嫩芽黄綠，毫少。以黄旦品種茶樹屬小喬木品種，以茶樹鮮葉嫩梢製成，因其湯色金黄色有奇香似桂花，故名黄金桂，風韻有别於鐵觀音的又一名茶。

虎丘山茶園地區的氣候和土壤條件為茶葉提供了獨特的生長環境。高海拔、雲霧彌漫的氣候有助於茶樹生長緩慢，從而產生更為多元豐富的香氣和口感。

黄金桂的品質特徵：茶外形條索緊細卷曲，色澤油潤金黄，内質香氣高强清長，優雅奇特，仿似梔子花、桂花、梨花香等混合香氣，滋味清醇鲜爽，湯色金黄明亮，葉底黄綠色，柔軟明亮，飲後齒頰留香。

Made from the tender shoots of the Huangdan tea variety, it is named Golden Osmanthus due to its golden-yellow infusion and a unique fragrance reminiscent of osmanthus flowers.
