Description
A classic organic green tea from China – one of China’s Ten Famous Teas (teas previously enjoyed only by the Emperor). Also known as Longjing, this beautiful green tea with a distinct appearance is made by artisan tea makers. The budsets are finely plucked during mid-spring and painstakingly flattened, each leaf appearing like a sparrow’s beak or a papyrus sword.
