Ingredients we use in Making Prawns Pickle

1. Raw Prawns (2Kgs)

2. Ginger
3. Turmeric Powder
4. Chilli Powder
5. Salt
6. Olive/Sun Flower Oil
7. Garlic
8. Mashallah Dinusulu
9. Dhaniyala Podi
10. Gasagasalu (Poppy Seeds)

Yes We use 2 Kgs of raw prawn quantity in making 1 KG Prawn Pickle this is due to there will be a lot of wastage while making prawns clean. Many CX’s are asking how much quantity of prawn you use in pickle, so I shared here.
