【Benefits】
Longya Lily is highly valued for its health – promoting effects. In traditional practice, it can
nourish yin and moisten the lungs, effectively alleviating symptoms like dry cough with little sputum, sore throat, and chest tightness caused by lung yin deficiency. It also
clears the heart and calms the mind, helping to improve sleep quality for people with insomnia, dreaminess, irritability, or restlessness due to heart yin inadequacy. From a modern medical perspective, Longya Lily contains bioactive components such as lily polysaccharides and alkaloids, which have antioxidant properties to protect cells from damage. These components also help regulate the immune system, enhancing the body’s resistance to external stimuli, and may have a mild sedative effect to relieve anxiety.
