A bright-eyed and vigorous tea that will heighten your senses. Apple blossom aromatics, amply textured liquor, and a subtle, yet effective amount of astringency. It has more body than is typical of the style and a rare presence of barely ripe peaches in the aftertaste. More fruity, less grassy – a most interesting specimen.
Mangrove Sunbird is an FTGFOP1 leaf grade produced at the Thurbo Estate, Darjeeling, India in the spring of 2026.

Steeping Instructions
3 grams | 10-12 oz water | 195°F | Steep 3 min.
For a more full-bodied and fruiter cup, try steeping 4 grams with 195°F water for 4 minutes. It has a satisfying depth of character, but will come with more astringency.
