Description
Light in body with a pristine herbaceous quality and the mouthfeel of morning dew. The billowing aromatics surround a cup character of faint lilacs and saltwater taffy that bring a child-like sweetness to the finish.
A SFTGFOP1 leaf grade produced December 27, 2025 at the Kairabetta Estate in the Nilgiri region of India. “Frost teas” are harvested on cold mornings when temperatures drop below freezing overnight and the leaf is picked with a light coating of frost. The stress on the leaf produces unique chemical compounds that give the finished product these rare and unique qualities.
