Description

This roasted twig tea made from stems, with its smooth texture and sweet notes of cooked fruit and toasted grain, is a perfect way to ease into bedtime.

It is produced from the tea plant stems that are harvested to make shaded tea: this is the highest quality Kukicha. Its unconventional manufacturing method involves roasting the tea in a similar way to the Bancha Hojicha (Hojicha means “roasted green tea”).

This tea is grown organically and certified by Ecocert, an accredited independent certification body.
