- The stems are cut off, and the chiles can be left whole, sliced, diced, chopped, or pureed.
- The seeds are especially hot, but you can take them out if you want less heat.
- Our chillies are completely sun-dried.
- It has intense heat and fruity, peppery flavour, 10 times as hot as a jalapeño.
