Handling and Cooking
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, reseal and keep refrigerated below 8°C. Consume within 2 weeks. For best before: See top of lid.

Usage
Some oil separation may occur over time. This is perfectly natural and will not affect the performance of this product. Shake well before use. Cooking Instructions: Suggested serving size 50g paste to 100ml coconut milk. Add to cooked vegetables or protein of choice. Heat thoroughly. Ensure food is piping hot and cooked throughout before serving. All cooking appliances vary in performance, these cooking instructions are guidelines only.
