Alishan Jinxuan is a high mountain oolong tea. Jinxuan is also referred to as “milk oolong” because of its milk like taste notes. The winter harvest has a lovely floral and a buttery character with a super-fresh finish. Whether you steep it gong fu or in a tea pot this tea is highly pleasing.
