Storage
Store in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 21 days. Some clouding of the olive may occur when storing the product in the fridge. This is natural and does not affect the overall quality of the product.
Usage
Hints and Tips Delicious on their own as an antipasto. Ideal as a flavoursome ingredient to liven up many dishes including salads, pasta dishes, pizza toppings, sauces and casseroles. Perfect as they are, or soak before use to remove excess salt.
