Common Ways to Take Korean Red Ginseng
1. Hold Slices in Mouth (Convenient Daily Option)
Take 1-2 slices of Korean Red Ginseng (about 2-3mm thick), put them directly into the mouth and hold, chew and swallow after the slices soften.
Advantage: Retain active ingredients to the maximum extent, suitable for office workers or eating anytime when going out, once a day is enough.
2. Brew as Tea (Classic Health Option)
Take 3-5 slices of Korean Red Ginseng, put them into a cup, brew with boiling water, cover and steep for 5-10 minutes before drinking. It can be brewed repeatedly until the taste fades, and finally chew the slices.
Suggested collocation: Wolfberry, red dates or Ophiopogon japonicus (neutralize the warm nature) can be added, suitable for daily health maintenance, not suitable for drinking on an empty stomach.
