凍頂烏龍茶（英语：Tung-ting Tea），簡稱凍頂茶，是一种知名度極高的烏龍茶，素有「北包種，南凍頂」之稱，凍頂烏龍茶屬於青茶。冻顶茶的原產地在台灣南投縣的鹿谷鄉，主要是以青心烏龍為原料製成的半發酵茶。
This tea grown on the mountains of Lu Gu in Taiwan, which is picked from the top of the tea bush and consists of two or three leaves to a stem. The processed leaves are dried in a way so that the leaves are crumpled up. When infused, the leaves well unfurl to release its fragrant aroma and distinct creamy and nutty tones for the most satisfying cup of tea.
