Description
Chateau Pavie, a Premier Grand Cru Classe “A” estate situated on the right bank of Bordeaux, with roots as far back as the 4th Century when vines were planted by the Romans. Although this estate, in its modern form began to take shape in the late 90’s when Gerard Perse with the guidance of renowned consultant Michel Rolland transformed Pavie into a modern benchmark. Celebrated for its richness, concentration, and depth, with dark fruit, espresso, oak spice, and mineral notes all framed by firm yet silky tannins. Pair with roasted rack of lamb, or for those looking for a traditional pairing, Lamproie a la bordelaise.
